From a home split system to several units in a rental or workplace, Tugun Air Services can discuss servicing, fault finding, deep cleaning and recurring maintenance with you.
Routine service or deep clean?
A routine service assesses operation, filters, airflow and drainage, with the scope agreed for your equipment. A deep clean addresses built-up contamination inside the indoor unit. A leaking, noisy or poorly cooling system may need fault diagnosis as well as cleaning.
Deep cleans: $220 for one split, $400 total for two, or $150 per clean for three or more booked together — save $70 per clean compared with the single-clean rate. Access and condition affect final pricing.
How often should servicing be arranged?
The right interval depends on manufacturer guidance, how heavily the system is used, dust and coastal exposure. Discuss a schedule with Matt; busy commercial and holiday properties may need more frequent visits. Quarterly maintenance can be arranged where appropriate for the site.
Property managers, landlords and holiday homes
Send the property address, authorised contact, number of systems, fault details and access instructions. Let Matt know whether access is through the tenant, reception, a key collection or an agent. Approval limits and reporting requirements can be agreed before work starts.
Offices, medical practices and small businesses
Ask about recurring visits and service reports. Share your operating hours, access restrictions and the areas served by each system so the work can be planned around your business. Scope, frequency and pricing are confirmed for each property.
Coastal corrosion care
Outdoor units near the coast deserve attention to salt exposure and existing corrosion. Matt can assess the outdoor casing and discuss suitable treatment. Treatment cannot restore metal or components already damaged by corrosion.
Help us investigate a fault
Send the brand and model, any displayed error code, when the issue occurs and what the indoor and outdoor units are doing. Photos of leaks or visible damage can help. Keep electrical covers closed and leave refrigerant and electrical work to qualified trades.
