The system capacity, ceiling space, return air position, outlet locations and duct routes need to work together. Share your floor plan and describe how each room is used so Matt can assess the job.
Zoning and controls
Zoning lets you select which areas receive conditioned air. Ask about AirTouch 5 and compatible room temperature controls. System airflow and minimum open zones need to be considered when designing the layout.
Ducted changeovers
Existing ductwork may be reusable after inspection. A quote should identify whether it covers the indoor and outdoor units, controller, refrigerant pipework, plenums and removal of the old equipment.
Electrical and access
Dedicated electrical supply and safe ceiling access are important. Any new circuit, access opening or work by other trades is identified in the quote rather than assumed to be included.

Tugun Air Services stands behind its installations with a five-year warranty on our installation workmanship and associated labour. If a fault is caused by our installation work during this period, contact Matt so we can assess and rectify it under this warranty.
This cover is separate from the manufacturer’s equipment warranty, which varies by brand and model. Your written quote confirms the equipment warranty and installation scope.
